If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or other factors, the flight shall be canceled and we will refund your entire fare (excluding bank transfer fees).

Absolutely! The cabin is exclusively yours for just the two of you. We'll also help with commemorative photos after landing! Give your special day surprise at the best location.
Unfortunately, we cannot store items for you, but we can prepare seasonal bouquets or rose bouquets through our official options! We'll have them ready for you perfectly timed with your landing.

【Schedule Changes】

Changes to the travel schedule can be made up to 4 days before the planned travel date without any fees (limited to one time only).

Changes made 3 days before the planned travel date or later will incur fees according to our cancellation policy.

If the weight differs from the pre-applied weight, we may refuse the flight for safety reasons.

Weight measurement may be conducted before the flight.
